Management Trainee – Hotel Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Rotational training in different departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, events, accounts and more.

Assisting department heads in daily operations and special projects.

Providing excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Learning and implementing hotel policies and procedures.

Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your professional development.

Requirements:

A degree from a recognized university in Finance Management, Business Management or related field/ Pass finalist AAT

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work in different shifts and departments as part of the training program

Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team.

Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Self-motivated and energetic individual with positive and can-do mind set

Strong interpersonal & communicational skills

Proficiency in accounting software (Scienter) will be added additional advantage

Location: Koggala, Habaraduwa, Galle/Kohuwala
