MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

Participate in cross-functional activities across various business units.

Analyze business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with team leaders and senior managers to support strategic planning and execution.

Organize meetings, take meeting minutes and circulate minutes.

Prepare detailed reports and insightful presentations.

Demonstrate leadership potential and a strong alignment with company values and culture.

Candidate Profile:

Part Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an added advantage.

Recent graduate with 2 years of work experience in a corporate or professional setting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in team settings.

Adaptable, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
