Charcoal smoke house – Kurunegala is the beginning of a new elite restaurant chain to be expanded nationwide and internationally in the coming few years. We are exclusive in delivering the finest freshly smoked meat dishes to our customers.

We are currently looking to recruit a Management Trainee to join our team in Kurunegala.

Responsibilities of Management trainee include

Ensure all transactions are captured to the accounting system and prepare financial statements periodically.

Engage in proactive cost and revenue analysis

Interaction with clients and suppliers for business development.

Prepare reports using financial statements for decision making.

Prepare necessary budgeting reports for restaurant and events.

Coordinating with the digital marketing team for sales and promotion activities.

Proactively engage in strategic business development process to maintain growth and expansion.

Requirements

Must have completed A/L’s in the accounting stream

Need very good communication skills (Spoken and written English skills)

Any type of working experience or exposure to a business environment will be an added advantage

Must have knowledge of MS-Office packages

Additional professional qualifications in accounting/marketing/business management will be an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

A creative mindset with the ability to proactively engage in business development discussions.
