Management Trainee

We are a rapidly growing Australian-owned apparel manufacturer located in Biyagama EPZ. The Management Trainee program is designed for top-performing individuals who are looking to fast-track their careers and become the next generation of leaders within our organization. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain a thorough understanding of our business and operations. You will be rotated through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that will prepare you for future leadership roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in a structured training program designed to develop leadership and management skills

Rotate through various departments, learning about the different functions and responsibilities of each

Work on real projects and initiatives, applying what you have learned to make a meaningful contribution to the organization

Build relationships and network with key stakeholders across the company

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work well in a team environment

Those who stay close to the factory will be given priority during the selection process.
