Key Roles
Assist managers with daily tasks and oversee specific projects
Rotate through different departments to learn all aspects of the business
Contribute to elevate department performance.
Engage in strategic planning and

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management, Mechanical/ Industrial/ Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for the fashion and apparel industry
Solid understanding of different business functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Interpersonal skills and communication skills
Should be a team player
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Previous internship or work experience in a business setting is preferred
Exposure to the fashion and apparel industry would be an added advantage
