Requirments:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or fully qualified in CIMA

More than 5 years of progressive experience in management accounting

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial software systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Provide insightful commentary and variance analysis to explain financial performance

Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial

plans

Prepare rolling forecasts and analyze key drivers of financial performance

Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency Conduct cost-benefit analysis for various projects and initiatives

Provide strategic insights based on financial data to support decision-making

Implement best practices in financial management and reporting
