JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a self-motivated. dynamic and performance-oriented individual candidate to joint our team

Job Description:

Understanding of the Tendering Process and Document Handling.

Preparation of Payment Applications and Payment Certificates.

Preparation of Sub Contractor Payment Certificates.

Preparation of Quotation and Agreements.

Preparation of Rate Breakdowns, BOQ Etc.

Requirements:

Diploma/NTC or Equivalent Qualification in the Field of Quantity Surveying.

• Minimum 01 Year Experience.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office and Other Related Software.

Excellent Communication Skills in Both Written and Spoken English and Sinhala.

• Only Male Candidates are Preferred.
