Key Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate payments of all payroll and non-payroll staff payments
  • Handle and update accurate employee records in the HRIS System and other employee agreements
  • Facilitate all HR related payments internally and externally
  • Get involved in EPF and ETF related work
  • Assist with any other general HR related activities.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed GCE OL and GCE A/L examinations

Minimum 01 year experience in the Human Resource function, with experience in

handling HR related payments will be an added advantage

Good analytical skills in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis

  • Ability to deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Excellent communication skills and team work
