IT Technician & Media Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

IT & Systems Support:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems (servers, routers, switches), hardware, and POS systems.

Configure routers, internet, and email systems; manage servers and backups.

• Resolve issues related to Cable TV and fiber connectivity.

Media & Content Creation:

• Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional and internal use.
• Manage social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external service providers.

General Tech Support:

• Provide IT support to hotel staff and group operations.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and troubleshoot multimedia setups for meetings/events.
