WE NEED YOU IT Technician

We are thrilled to invite skilled professionals with outstanding abilities in IT Industry to join our creative team!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and network systems.

Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed.

Conduct hardware inventory management and ensure accurate documentation.

Support the IT team in deploying new hardware and upgrading existing systems.

Provide technical support to staff regarding IT-related issues and POS system.

Participate in regular maintenance checks.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.

Previous experience in similar industry would be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
