We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technician to join our team. This role is pivotal in
driving our business growth through support to end-users for hardware, software, and
network-related issues.
As an IT Technician, responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining
Computer systems, hardware, and software within the organization. The role involves assisting
employees with IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance and
Troubleshooting
Provide technical support to users experiencing
İssues with computer systems, software, and
hardware by diagnosing and resolving technical
problems, guiding users through step-by-step
solutions, and performing repairs or upgrades.
Technical Documentation
Develop and maintain technical
documentation, user manuals, and training
materials. Maintain records of infrastructure,
draft policies, and ensure compliance. Create
internal documentation for efficient issue
resolution and consistent service quality,
promoting best practices and legal
Requirements:
Inventory Management

  • Age should be above 19 years.
    Manage technological inventory efficiently,
    including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle
    oversight. Participate in budget planning.,
    procurement, and vendor negotiation.. Ensure
    equipment availability, schedule maintenance,
    conduct regular audits, and consider
    environmental impact for sustainable practices
    Software Management and
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
    Network Management
  • Should possess a Degree, Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification
    from a recognized university or institute.
    Manage software installations and updates,
    including software specific to the curriculum
    and ensure software licensing compliance.
  • Aminimum of one year of experience in the IT field within an educational setting is
    highly advantageus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
