Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of office computer systems to support business processes effectively.

Take full responsibility for addressing and resolving IT support tickets in a timely manner.

Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Manage domain user accounts and email accounts, ensuring security and accessibility.

Troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose system and network issues to identify causes and implement effective solutions.

Maintain strong working relationships with users across various business units to provide high-quality support.

Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering, or any equivalent area.
