IT Support Executive and Network Administrator
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer networking and information technology
- Minimum 3 year experience as a network administrator
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experiance with databases, networks (lan, wan) and patch managment
- Familiar with various operating systems and platforms
- Hardware and software installation
- Mandatory knowledge of windows server, linux, vmware, firewall and it security
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision and perform efficiently under pressure
- Configer network divices & monitoring (switches/routers/access point)
- Manage and troubleshootung desktop, laptop and server (windows/linux)
- Maintain documentation
