IT Support Engineer
Job Description
You will be working as a part of a global IT service desk, providing 1st and 2nd level support with excellent customer service covering the areas of Office 365, Windows Server, Desktop Support, LAN and, WAN systems.
Responsibilities and Technologies
- Provide technical support to end users on-premises and remote. Configuration and management of Windows Server 2016, 2022 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc).
⚫ Office 365 administration is a must. - Windows desktop configuration and troubleshooting. • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
Academic Qualifications and experience - Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
- Any Microsoft certification will be an added advantage
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Systems Administrator or a similar role is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
