WHO ARE WE Dreamron Group of companies is in the business of manufacturing and

marketing a wide range of quality Professional Cosmetics, Hair Care, Skin Care, Toiletries products and making inroads into Perfume market to extend its product portfolio for more aggressive growth. It’s 120,000 sqft manufacturing facility and office complex is located in a 10 acre land with two plants certified by GMP, ISO 9001-2015-one plant is dedicated to exports and another for local brand manufacturing and 3rd party contract manufacturing. The group has 4 business entities namely, Kindai Kagaku Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Harumi Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Dreamron Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and Dreamron College of Art and Beauty. The group employees over 650 people. Currently Dreamron products are marketed in over 20 countries and the group is specialized in manufacturing OEM brands and Private labels for several leading global cosmetic and toiletries brands. Dreamron has a very dominant market position in the local professional Cosmetic market with a wide range of solutions.

WHO WE WANT

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Information Technology/ICT or Equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute.
• Installing, upgrading and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, CCTV and any other equipment with related documentation.
• Troubleshooting system and networking problems and assisting in diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Sound knowledge in Windows/ Linux server administration and MS SQL server administration.

Good knowledge in MS office applications.

• Prioritise and manage multiple open support cases at one time.

Coordinating with external vendors who provide maintenance and support services for hardware and software applications.

• Good interpersonal skills & willing to learn new technologies at a quick pace.
• 1-2 years’ experience in providing General IT technical support.
• Age below 30 years.
