IT Specialist

About Us:

COLLECTIVE RCM, is a leading Revenue Cycle Management Company in Sri Lanka, headquartered in USA. The “Great Places to Work in Asia” winner, is looking for IT Specialists who can assist a Super Team of over 200+ in Sri Lanka and USA, that is armed with the latest global technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.

Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.

• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT services and processes.

Document and maintain IT procedures, protocols, and knowledge base.

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nearly 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems is a plus.

Other Requirements

• Working according to US Working Hours and US Calendar

Exceptional English Speaking and Understanding skills

Hunger to self-upgrade with latest global technologies

• Stronger personality that fits a future managerial role
