AVAILABLE POSITION: IT SPECIALIST
Are you an IT superhero adept at seamless systems and network management, ensuring an interruption-free environment for a dynamic and fun work culture? Nils Fashion seeks a dedicated IT Specialist to play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations for our fashion business.
As our IT Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Configuring, testing, and maintaining servers, LAN/WAN/VPN, and networking
  equipment.
• Performing critical data backups and securing data per procedures.
• Managing patching and security updates across the network.

  Having expertise in Microsoft AD, SQL servers, and enterprise systems.
• Managing endpoint protection for network security and compliance.
• Maintaining Unified Communications, VoIP, and related equipment/platforms.
• Providing daily tech support with empathy, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  Managing data for redundancy and assisting with remediation efforts from tests and risk assessments.
  Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of systems and network administration.
• Positive attitude and a passion for innovation.
• Dedication to maintaining a secure and reliable network environment.
