IT SITE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites.

Candidate will be responsible for:

➤ Installation, set-up and resolving of hardware and software in end user desktops, laptops and printer.

➤ Administration and First level support.

0365, email, internet and Cloud solutions.

➤ Maintenance and management of servers and backups.

Infrastructure First level support and coordinate with services providers in case of troubleshooting.

➤ Network Equipment’s Wi-Fi Network Maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.

➤ Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution

Required qualifications & skills:

Degree/HND in any IT Related field.

Minimum 1 Year experience.

Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).

Willing to work on weekends if required.
