KPMG Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, (KTS) is the Information Technology arm of KPMG Sri Lanka. KTS was recognized as the Oracle Partner of the Year, at the Oracle SAGE Partner Event last held in 2019. KTS is specialized in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions with our core strength in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite Solutions. The company is the ideal implementation partner with a dedicated support arm and a total systems integrator with a local professional touch and global reach.
We are seeking dedicated Project Managers to oversee our key IT projects.
The ideal candidate should:
Oversee both client related projects as well as IT solutions/projects developed for internal use within the organization.
Possess the capability to manage multiple projects at a given time.
Set clear project goals and objectives which align with the overall organization objectives

Develop compressive project plans outlining tasks, timelines and budget estimates
•
Ensure optimal utilization of budget and resources to maximize project efficiency
Coordinate project team members, assigning responsibilities and development schedules
through weekly team meetings
Oversee client teams and end-to-end customer communication
•
Conduct risk assessments for projects, develop and execute mitigation plans
Write comprehensive product documentation to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer
Provide regular status updates on development tasks to the internal management and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Science or Management
Proven experience as an IT project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years, managing end-to-
end project lifecycles.
A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
Experience in managing Oracle Projects would be an added advantage

Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM would certainly help you stand out.
Age below 35 years.
