IT Manager
Location: Head Office – Colombo 4
“We are on the lookout for dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an IT Manager”
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Information Technology & Computer Systems and administration of entire IT network across the group.
Plan, organize, control & evaluate IT & electronic data operations.
Manage IT staff by training & directing towards organizational goals.

• Design, develop, implement & follow up systems, policies & procedures.
• Identify & act on opportunities to improve & update software & systems.

  Responsible for leading the strategic & operational IT planning to achieve business goals.
  Undertake & execute any IT project including system updates, upgrades, migrations & outages in an
  effective and timely manner.
  Ensure security of data, network access & backup systems.
  Audit entire IT system of the group regularly and evaluate & improve.

  Preserve IT assets, information security & control structures in a highly confidential manner.

  Handle annual budget & ensure cost effectiveness.
  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  
  Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or a related field.
  MBA/MSc is an additional qualification.
  Previous experience in firewall administration is a prerequisite.
  Very good knowledge in troubleshooting and sorting internal hardware issues.
  Excellent communication and strategic decision making skills.
  Experience in handling a well recognized ERP system is mandatory.
  Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.

  Exposure to Apparel Industry will be a definite advantage.
