IT Interns
We are actively searching for a dynamic and motivated IT intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals pursuing a degree in IT or a related field to gain valuable hands-on experience, work on stimulating projects, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-User Support:
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks for end-users.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- IT Infrastructure:
Maintain and update IT inventory.
Assist in procurement processes for hardware and software needs.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Training and Collaboration:
- Provide IT training to employees to enhance their technical skills. • Collaborate with vendors for additional support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field.
- Passion and Skills:
Genuine passion for helpdesk or technical support.
Experience with Windows and other operating systems.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Certifications:
Network, Security, Cisco, and Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable.
