Job Role

ITE is responsible for providing technical support to our clients (SANASA, Rural Banking Societies) in the designated area by visiting onsite and addressing their technical issues.

Specific Duties

Attend to clients’ system issues promptly by visiting and troubleshooting.

Plan and coordinate with clients for their periodic system updates and technical needs.

Promptly coordinate with the head office technical team on clients’ special issues and resolve them.

Conduct training sessions for clients’ staff on system functionalities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Technically sound in computer hardware, operating systems and MS Office package.

Having accounting background/basic understanding about bookkeeping is essential (accounting subject covered in O/L or A/L).

Excellent communication and customer handling skills – working with rural communities is an asset.

Having your own mode of transport (motorbike preferred)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
