IT Executive – Richard Pieris Securities
Your primary responsibilities includes,
Manage user access to various systems and databases.
Ensure data security and compliance with access control policies.
Provide support to online users and address their queries and issues promptly.
Create and update comprehensive documentation for system configurations, user guides,
and maintenance procedures.
Regularly perform system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and software
installations.
Ensure the smooth operation of the Broker BackOffice (BBO) and Order Management System
(OMS).
Collaborate with system vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system
performance.
Maintain detailed backup records and ensure data recovery capabilities.
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities.
Support system audits conducted by regulatory authorities such as the SEC and CSE.
Coordinate the audit process and provide the requested documentation and access.
The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  Minimum of l year of experience in IT or a related field.
  Strong technical skills and proficiency with |T systems, networks, and software.
  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
  staff at all levels of the organization.
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Experience with project management and IT budgeting preferred.
