IT EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Age below 30 years.

• Diploma/HND in IT or equivalent qualifications.
• Minium 3 years of experience qualifications.
• Exposure to end-user devices / company ERP system and server support environments (Windows/Linux/MAC OS X)
• Ability to provide Remote / Onsite technical support.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving end user workstation problems.
• Support for mobile devices (Android/Apple).

Provide end user training where required.

Good decision-making and communication skills.

Wiling to work for extended hours and with the ability to face challenges.
