IT EXECUTIVE
ORGANIZATION:
Sri Lanka Citizens Co-operative Bank Limited duly registered as a Co-operative Society with limited liability in accordance with section 06 of the Co-operative Societies Law No.05 of 1972 having its head office at No.153, Colombo Road, Gampaha. The Bank’s main focus is to help entrepreneurship development which will in turn strengthen the economy of the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee hardware maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of IT equipment. • Manage the procurement process for IT equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality • Administer network and security services to maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure. Conduct troubleshooting and other maintenance activities to promptly address issues and minimize downtime.
• Provide comprehensive IT services for branches, addressing their unique needs and ensuring seamless operations.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware maintenance, IT equipment procurement, and network administration.
  Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
  collaborate with teams and provide IT support.
  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  •Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in IT.
