We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, providing technical support, and managing related processes to support organizational goals.

IT Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas.

Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues, including applications, servers, and operating systems.

Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and cabling.

Hands-on experience in Windows environments: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, antivirus, patching, and upgrades.

Perform system and user data backups with recovery support to safeguard critical information.

Address user queries and technical issues with timely resolutions and updates.

Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Upgrade hardware components to enhance system performance.

Handle IT-related procurement, including identifying requirements, vendor coordination, and managing purchase processes.

Manage IT assets, ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain thorough documentation.

Applicant’s Profile

Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) and 0365.

Experience in computer and laptop servicing and repairs.

Exposure to ERP systems; knowledge of SQL and Crystal Report development is an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Educational qualifications: HND-IT, NVQ6, or higher.

Certifications: Microsoft Certification, CCNA preferred.
