Professional Requirements:

→ Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized Institute

→Minimum of 1-year experience in handling IT Services Management/Call Center Operations

→Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

→Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.

→Knowledge of IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites, etc.

→Knowledge and experience in Computer Networking fundamentals
