IT COORDINATOR

Role Profile

Assist in the implementation, configuration, user administration & ongoing functional support of SAP.

Provide technical support for SAP, hardware, software & network-related issues.

Coordinate with IT service providers, including SAP consultants, hardware suppliers & system vendors.

• Diagnose & resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance & hardware malfunctions.
• Identify & respond to cybersecurity threats, supporting the enforcement of information security protocols.
• Manage firewalls & Active Directory (AD) servers to ensure system security & compliance.

Coordinate vendor support for surveillance and telephony systems.

Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps) to support business reporting.

Conduct IT related Internal User Trainings.

Personal Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system coordination, or administration roles with SLQF Level 04 or above qualification

Proven hands-on experience with SAP systems & ERP platforms

Solid understanding of network infrastructure, server environments, firewalls & cybersecurity principles

• Proficiency in Server management & Help Desk operations

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• Strong hardware maintenance & troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Power Platform tools (Power platforms, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Project)
