IT COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an IT Coordinator with expertise in software, hardware, and networking. The role involves managing our IT infrastructure across manufacturing and retail units, handling technical tasks, coordinating IT projects, and collaborating with different departments to meet technology needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure across the company, including servers.

Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Coordinate the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and related equipment for all departments.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Manage IT inventory, ensuring all hardware and software assets are accounted for

and up-to-date.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient operation of IT resources.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IT that can benefit the company.
