George Steuart Optimize (Pvt) Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of George Steuart & Company Ltd., the oldest mercantile establishment in Sri Lanka, with over 189 years of service. George Steuart Optimize (Pvt) Ltd provides IT support for the group, including software evaluation and implementation, infrastructure management and maintenance, project management services, systems administration and cyber security services.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join the George Steuart Family as:

YOUR ROLE:

• Supporting to end users for their daily IT related problems.
  .
  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems & networks.
• Troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, network and emails.
  YOUR PROFILE:
• Diploma in Information Technology or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with knowledge in Win 7,Win 10, Win11, MS Office, Email, Internet etc.
• Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Hardware & Software.
  Knowledege of O365 and Firewalls will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid Motorbike license is required.
