IT ASSISTANT/IT EXECUTIVE

Required Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized University or institute.

Minimum 03 Years working experience in a similar capacity.

Knowledge in SAP B1, Windows server, Hyper-V/VMware, Cisco, SQL, Crystal Report, Firewall will be an advantage.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, PABX, printers, CCTV, and servers.

The deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance to end- users.

Collaborate with department heads to identify and address IT needs and requirements.

Manage vendor relationships for IT products and services.

Be highly disciplined and could work independently and harmony with the team as well.

Ability to work under pressure and on call support when required.
