IT ASSISTANT

We are a well-established, ISO certified processing company, engages in production, processing and marketing of wide range of chicken products under “Delmo” brand. Due to expansion of our operations we are seeking the services of following profession- als to support our growth.

Responsibilities

►Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

▸ Installing and configuring computer systems and applications.

► Maintaining user accounts and permissions in the organization’s network.

▸ Assisting with data backups and recovery processes.

▸ Monitoring and maintaining IT equipment, such as scale systems and scale servers.

▸ Providing technical support to end-users.

▸ Ensuring compliance with IT policies and contributing to developing documentation and processes.

Qualifications

▸ Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

▸ Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting.

▸ Understanding of firewalls, antivirus systems, and data protection techniques.

▸ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

▸ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

▸ Problem-solving attitude.

▸ Experience with Microsoft Office

▸ Diploma or degree in IT related field.

▸ Minimumx 1 year experience in an IT-related feild.
