IT-ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
·
Provide support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support.
Troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, network and emails.
Supporting end users for their daily PC- & IT related problems.
Provide IT support help desk.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware and software resources.
Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent from recognized Institute/ University would be added advantage.
Minimum 1 years working experience in similar capacity.
Excellent communication in English and presentation skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and good team player.
Sound knowledge in maintaining servers including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting.
Preference will be given those who are from Ja -Ela,Wattala, Kandana, Gampaha, Negombo and around the proximity and
Preferably below 30 years of age
