Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to our team members.

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and software.

Help manage IT infrastructure and network components.

Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Certificate / Diploma / Higher Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized institute.

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, LAN, WAN & VPN network infrastructure.

Familiarity with business, graphic & analytic software applications.

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Great team player who is willing to learn new technologies with a can-do attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
