Investments Manager

Your primary responsibilities includes,

Conduct financial on potential investment opportunities.

• Management of a diversified investment and asset portfolio including real estate
• Monitor and manage investment and asset portfolios
• Analyzing performance and identifying areas for optimization.
• Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as legal advisors and financial institutions
• Stay abreast of international industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Member of a reputed Accounting Body or Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Proven experience in investment analysis and portfolio and asset management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate investment strategies.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

• Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
