PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

PRODUCTION

Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts/International Cookery or Diploma in Hotel Management

06 months experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage

AIRPORT RESTAURANT

Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverages or Diploma in Hotel Management

06 months experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage

HOUSEKEEPING

Certificate/Diploma in Accommodation Services or Diploma in Hotel Management

OPERATIONS

G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes for English & Mathematics

06 months experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage

G.C.E. (A/L) qualification
