Internship – Group Corporate Communications and Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communications. If you are passionate about communications, eager to learn, and ready for new challenges, we encourage you to apply. This internship will provide valuable skills and insights in a fast-paced and innovative corporate environment.

Job Accountabilities:

Assist in promoting the Advantis brand with the aim of establishing Advantis as the “Top of Mind” logistics brand in the South Asian and Southeast Asian regions among identified stakeholder categories

Develop and execute creative and engaging marketing campaigns to increase followership and engagement on the following social media platforms of the Advantis Group: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tik Tok

Analyze digital marketing data, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to identify trends and prepare reports for management.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, customer behaviour, and other market insights to support digital marketing strategies

Manage and develop merchandise for internal and external stakeholders

Offer support in executing sponsorships

Assist in other activities carried out by the Communications and Marketing department

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.

Part qualification in a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification (CIM, SLIM, etc.)

Proficiency in Creative Cloud software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage

Past experience in Communications and Marketing would be an added advantage

Good command of English and Sinhala
