INTERN – OPERATIONS

Key Job Responsibilities:

Updating customer orders/date requirements through the ERP system.

Updating Delivery status, schedules and all systems timely and accurately.

• Root cause analysis of the customer complaints and find out ways to avoid customer complaints.
• Ensuring all products are available for the order dispatching. Take actions to avoid the delays of dispatching.
• Introducing and enhancing operation processes and procedures.
• Analyzing the cost of the flower production and finding out ways to reduce the cost.
• Analyzing the cost of the operations department and developing and introducing new practices and strategies for reducing the cost of delivery.

Vehicle allocation and ensuring optimum utilization of fleet resources.

• Overseeing and managing vehicle maintenance operations in order to maximize the process productivity and efficiency.

Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.

• Monitoring and reporting driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently working towards a 2+ year university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering. Business Management, or similar discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local languages

Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts hours

Results-driven with analytical skills and the desire to innovate and simplify current process and practices.

Possess strong decision-making skills, and use sound logic to communicate

Evidence of leadership skills. perhaps you are president of a sporting or social club at university or took the lead in a group project

Ability to demonstrate curiosity and pro-activity
