Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be willing to work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to assist the employee onboarding to offboarding with active involvement in recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation & documentation processes. The selected candidate will also responsible for employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, collaborations with universities, internal and external events.

Qualifications

If you are an university undergraduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Business Administration or professional qualification in HR.

Self-motivated with the ability to work as a team and to meet the deadlines.

Knowledge in Excel and MS office packages.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.
