Role

You’ll assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records. This hands-on role offers exposure to real-time HR practices, allowing you to work closely with a dynamic team, contribute to people-focused projects, and develop a strong foundation in corporate HR.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be an undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is expected. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a genuine interest in people and workplace culture are key to thriving in this role.
