RESPONSIBILITIES
Support ATS management by updating and maintaining, in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate.
Coordinate background verification by collecting, verifying, and tracking candidate documents while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
Draft job advertisements by creating clear and attractive job ads aligned with hiring requirements and employer branding guidelines.
Publish adverts on various job boards, the company job portal, and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
Assist team members in other activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the HR department.
REQUIRMENTS
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
