INTERN HR

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for creating, maintaining & updating the HR Dashboard.

Maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) up to date and generating system reports (Leave/Attendance/OT/NoPay…etc.).

Coordinate with the HRIS service provider and internal employees to resolve system issues without any delay.

Assist with recruitment & onboarding programs for new hires, in carrying out recruitment/onboarding process and performance appraisals.

Preparing and maintaining personal files and other HR related subject files.

Brainstorm, organize & initiate employee engagement activities, events in collaboration with HR & other departments.

Assist in overall other required functions in HR Department.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Full or Part Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.

Excellence hands-on experience on MS Office and strong IT Skills.

Ability to multitask, be flexible, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Creative eye is a must & possess a self-starter approach to work & have an eagemess to consistently deliver outcomes.

Ambitious detail & result oriented with a can-do mindset and ready to learn on the job & take on challenges.
