INTERN – FINANCE & ADMIN (UK CALENDAR – SL SHIFT)

H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, Canada & Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Intern- Finance & Admin to join our team. This position involves updating summary sheets from various portals, accurately inputting customer and account data, recording invoices and payments in accounting software, reconciling supplier accounts and bank statements, assisting in management report generation, performing monthly bookkeeping tasks, and handling general administrative duties.

The Job:

Update summary sheets based on information provided through various portals.

Input customer and account data promptly and accurately from source documents.

Record invoices and payments accurately on accounting software.

Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions and payments.

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Assist in generating reports for management review.

Engage in monthly bookkeeping tasks.

Handle general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Diploma in Finance & Accounting or part qualified in CIMA / ACCA.

Ability to operate independently.

Knowledge of financial principles and accounting concepts.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Knowledge in accounting packages (SAGE,QB, MYOB, XERO, etc.) will be added an advantage.
