QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Part qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage

Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Inland Revenue Department and Suppliers/ Service Providers

Hands on experience in MYOB or similar Accounting Package

Sound knowledge in Sri Lanka Accounting Standards and Taxation

Sound knowledge in MS Office (excel)

PERSONAL REQUIERMENTS

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Excellent autonomous problem solving & time management skills with the ability to handle books of accounts independently

Drive for absolute accuracy in reporting

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the management

High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and positive attitude towards all assigned duties

Excellent presentation skills

Willing to work late hours, where necessary

Age between 24-30 years
