✓ Partly or fully qualified with a degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Human Resource Management

✓ Minimum 2 year of working experience in similar capacity

✓ Strong knowledge of HR practices will be added advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong problem-solving skills are essential

✓ Self-motivated with a good personality, strong communication skills, and positive attitude towards the job

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Uva Province or willing to relocate.
