We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. Cinnaman Hotels & Re sorts is Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a pertolo o 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and Maldives. Adding to its portfolio, the much anticipated project valued a:1 Billion USD – Cinnamon life Integrated Resorts, will be opening soon. Cinnamen Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglom orate in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in making personnel files of recruits and maintaining and updating all the critical documents

Coordinating the employee contract renewal process with the departments

Assisting the recruitmen, of ranees and employees to entry-level positions.

Supporting the HR team ic drive sall engagemen, activities.

The ideal candidate should possess

Full or part qualification in HR from a recognized Professional Institucion

Strong verbal and written communication in English and Sinhalese languages.

A high level of proficiency in using MS office.

Excellent skills in time management and prioritizing work.

The ability to adapt and learn fas
