HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (MALE)

Key responsibilities;

Independently handle all HR related admin functions.

Manage on-boarding and off-boarding process.

Handling employee disciplinary inquiry process and grievances.

Responsible for maintaining employee personal files and updating employee details on the HRIS system.

Submit accurate payroll input to the HRIS System.

Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters and contracts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Part qualification / Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized professional institute.

Sound knowledge of industry practices and labour law.

Hands-on experience in working with Human Resource Management System (HRIS) and payroll management is essential.

Effective communication skills with proficiency in English and Sinhala languages both written and spoken is essential.

Minimum of 3-4 years’ work experience in a similar capacity, with proven track

record in a recognized commercial establishment is a prerequisite.

Sound IT skills – particularly in MS office package.

Ability to multitask and take own initiative and work with minimum supervision is an essential requirement.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Peliyagoda.
