HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – Mahara Factory

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute all administrative functions in recruiting & selecting of shop floor employees
  • Analyze performance gaps of shop floor employees and prepare the development plans for poor performers
  • Conduct the training need analysis and prepare the training plan for shop floor employees
  • Attend to all welfare activities of the plant and coordinate the events with the relevant parties
  • Handle all relevant correspondence of the Labor Department and other government institutions
  • Maintain all personal files with required documents
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports and send to cluster HR department
  • Monitor daily attendance of the employees and generate required reports

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma level Qualification in HRM from CIPM/NIBM or any other Recognized

Institute

  • Passed G.C.E A/L in Commerce/ART stream with minimum 3 C passes
  • Age below 25 Years
  • A Sound Knowledge in Microsoft office package
  • Sound oral and written communication skills in English Language
  • A Pleasing personality
  • Past experience in HRM will be an added advantage
