HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT/TRAINEE (Kadawatha)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with recruitment & onboarding activities.

Screen & shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Perform orientation on new employees.

Maintaining employee records & databases.

Review and distribute employee documents in required formats.

Handling ABH forms.

Assist for organize company events.

Attendance & leave management.

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum one-year experience in similar role would be an added advantage.

Should have part professional or Academic Qualifications in Human Resource Managment.

Computer Proficiency.

Excellent Organization Skills.

Strong Communications Skills, both Written and Verbal.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of labor laws.

Age below 25 years.
