HR TRAINEE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate and maintain employee records and databases.

  • Participate in organizing training and development programs.
  • Assist in payroll and attendance management.
  • Handle general HR queries and provide support to the HR team.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or related qualifications in Human Resources Management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
