HR TRAINEE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate and maintain employee records and databases.
- Participate in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist in payroll and attendance management.
- Handle general HR queries and provide support to the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or related qualifications in Human Resources Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
